Q: USB cord did not work with phone, laptop or computer kept saying no device on screen. Couldn’t watch anything at all.
A: We are really sorry, but you should use a standard HDMI cord to connect your phone, laptop, or computer to the projector. Of course, you can also make sure them using the same WIFI, it also can work. If it still can’t work, you should connect us or make a refund.
Q: This was a replacement item. It did not go into full-screen mode or read the SD card as it indicated it would in the description. Poor quality item.
A: Please read the instriture and you can ‘go into full-screen’ by the No.2 button. And Note: No.2, No.22, No.23, No.24 button can only work under AV/HDMI/PC-RGB input signal source. If you want to ‘read the SD card’ , you need to make sure it’s input 15 port connector and the direction is ture.
Q: It’s a piece of, not as described, and very low lumens for video or even text.

What kind of connection does the product support?
